During the past week, Ryan met with local residents at meetings hosted by three local Community Associations in Ottawa West-Nepean.
Engaging with Community Associations
As part of his campaign for the Conservative nomination in Ottawa West-Nepean, Ryan met with local Community Associations for the Glabar Park, Carlington and General Burns neighbourhoods.
He also had an opportunity to hear from City Counsellors Sean Devine and Riley Brockington about local issues facing the community, and to listen to their suggestions about how a new Conservative government might be able to help support municipalities.
Common themes raised by residents included addressing densification of housing in neighbourhoods, infrastructure requirements, road safety and funding challenges facing the City of Ottawa.
